Soy Mexicana, casada con 3 hijos, vivo en Alemania desde hace 5 años.
Después de estudiar Administración de Empresas y trabajar en el mundo de las finanzas y valores (Banco JP Morgan) , me di cuenta de que tenía un lado creativo que no estaba desarrollando. Decidí estudiar Consultoría de Imagen y rápidamente opté por probar suerte en el mundo empresarial creando un negocio de jugos Detox en México, Juice up, que tuvo rápida penetración en el mercado e impacto en los medios sociales.
Al dejar México y venirme a Alemania tuve que vender mi negocio, volví a empezar de nuevo. Me certifique como Life & Leadership Coaching in ILC avalada por la ICF (International Coaching Federation) . También me certifique como PNL Practitioner y Master (Programación Neurolingüística). Ahora también soy Presidenta del CIMAF (Circulo Mexicano Alemán en Frankfurt)
He estado en tu sitio, me he sentido estancada, frustrada, mi autoestima ha bajado, sintiéndome no me mecedora y pensando que ya no tenía valor, he recibido ayuda para romper con viejas creencias, reconectar conmigo, reinventarme y formar una nueva identidad. Ahora quiero ayudarte a hacer lo mismo con mi coaching, a lograr tus sueños, reconectar contigo y ponerte como prioridad.
I am Mexican, married with 3 children, I have been living in Germany for 5 years. I studied Business Administration, worked in the world of finance at JP Morgan bank; when I tried my creative side I became certified as an Image Consultant and started in the business world creating a successful Detox juice business, I had to sell it when I left Mexico. After some time in the new country I felt stuck and not worthy of starting over at 40 years old.
I look for help and started with coaching sessions which helped me to break with those beliefs that did not let me move forward and only made me feel like I was losing my confidence every day.
I reinvented myself, I got certified as a Life & Leadership Coaching in ILC by the ICF (International Coaching Federation), I also got certified as a NLP practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
Now I want to help you do the same with my coaching, to achieve your dreams, reconnect with you and make you a priority.
